It has been three years since I’ve added the Murphy bed to my guest room. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The room is now so convenient to use as a guest room on a moments notice, but most of the time it provides the extra space I need for exercise, hobbies, etc.. Love my Murphy bed.

Beautiful bed! Haven't used it yet, but the construction appears solid.. Joe was very patient and helpful with all my questions, without any type of sales pressure. There was a snag in delivery (it can happen to anyone), but Joe went more than out of his way to make it right!! The customer service was above and beyond! We searched a number of wall bed companies before we settled on Irvine Murphy beds. The quality of their beds seemed as good as any we had seen, and their price was better.

The bed was ready to be delivered on the scheduled date, but I had to change it with short notice to them. No problem. Joe just rearranged their schedule to fit ours. The install went well and we are very happy with it.

We had some friends from out of the country come stay with us for a week and they said it was very comfortable to sleep on.

What a no hassle shopping experience . My wife and I went there on a Saturday to look at wall beds. Joe was wonderful, showed us the different styles of the beds. No pressure to buy from him. We found a Murphy bed that we liked and picked a date and time that was convenient for it to be delivered and installed. The delivery/installers were there on time, and within 2 hours were done. No mess was left behind and they even wiped off every bit of was installed, no manufacturing or instalation dust was too be found, what a great bunch of professionals. What a beautiful piece of furniture these wall-beds make! I purchased mine from the Lake Forrest store when moving to an apartment in a retirement community after leaving my large home of 40 years. I just love the convenience of the bed as well as the extra storage and display area. My guests from Russia think the bed is extraordinarily comfortable, and they just fill up the second bedroom when they are here, and I have the extra room when they are not here. Love it!

I have a spare bedroom which I use for other things, but when guests arrive (not always expected) I need to convert into a bedroom. I now have a Murphy bed which works well for me. The owner was very helpful. The store is kind of in a industrial park, but don't let that put you off. The owner knows the product and can show you the options. The install was no pain, and professionally done. If I had another room like this I would give them the business again without hesitation.
